Dr. David Wenzel
Dr. Wenzel has a special interest in medical Botox treatment and clinical research drug trials. He is board certified in adult neurology and subspecialty board certified in clinical neurophysiology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. |
Dr. David Wenzel earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas in 1990. He completed his medical internship at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston and his residency at the Department of Neurology, University of Alabama, Birmingham. He returned to the Medical University of South Carolina for Fellowship training focusing on nerve conduction studies and electromyography and electroencephalography.
